Music Manager’s Widow Takes Royalty Fight to Court

The widow of Steve Salem, a prominent music manager and founder of Motor Jam Records, is seeking to recover the unpaid royalties which her late husband’s partner has wrongfully withheld from her.  The lawsuit was filed in New York State Supreme Court (Westchester County) charging her late husband’s partner with having reneged on his obligations to her as a shareholder in the business, and seeking an accounting of the unpaid royalties owed to her.  Recent media coverage of the lawsuit can be found here:
