John is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and bankruptcy matters. John practices in state and federal courts in New York. John has extensive experience drafting complaints and dispositive motions and handling all aspects of discovery.
Before joining Denlea & Carton, John was a counsel in the New York office of an international law firm, where he specialized in bankruptcy and financial restructuring litigation. John also has recent experience as a jury consultant.
John has appeared on and written articles for the sports law podcast Conduct Detrimental, with one article winning the 2024 NIL Essay Competition.
John graduated from Boston College and the University of Virginia School of Law. He is admitted in New York State and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
