Chris Gallagher is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and white collar matters. He has deep experience in all aspects of litigation from initial pleadings, motion practice, and discovery in state and federal courts. Chris spent more than 14 years as a litigator focused on investigation and complex commercial litigation at a major national law firm investigating and prosecuting the Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities series of cases before joining Denlea & Carton.
Chris received his B.A.in English from Fordham University in 2003 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2010 where he was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Team.
Chris is admitted to the bar of the State of New York and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
Chris is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association, and Fordham Law School Alumni Association. Chris is also a Board Member of the Community Fund of Darien, a not-for-profit organization focused on supporting local organizations that provide essential services, including food, housing, education, healthcare, job training, and youth development in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
